• Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

    There is no minimum order value. For orders above Rs.1000/- we provide free delivery, below which a nominal charge of Rs.50/- will be charged per order as a delivery fee.

    Well-preserved and efficiently packed dry fruits can have a shelf life of up to 6 months.

  • How does COD (Cash-On-Delivery) work?

    We offer COD to make your life easy. Simply place your order with us and pay for it only after you receive your goods at your doorstep.

  • How does SOD (Swipe-On-Delivery) work?

    We offer SOD to make your life easy. Simply place your order with us and pay for it by your debit / credit card only after you receive your goods at your doorstep.

    Yes, we charge a handling fee of 5 % on Sodexo and Ticket Restaurant Vouchers.

  • Are there any hidden charges I should know about?

    No, the price listed on the product page is all you pay. No additional or hidden charges apart from delivery charge. We follow a very transparent and simple policy.

  • In how many days can I expect a delivery?

    All orders within Pune, placed before 2 pm will be delivered the same day (except Sundays), while orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the following day (except Sundays).

  • Do I get an invoice for my order?

    You will receive an Invoice on delivery of the products. You can also login to Your Account and view the invoice on your order in the My Orders section.

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    Once you checkout, your order is processed internally and a confirmation mail for your order is sent to the email address associated with your Dryfruit Express account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

  • What if I'm not home to receive my order?

    Once the order is dispatched from the store, a notification will be sent on your registered email address and mobile number. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery Expert will try reaching you on the mobile number provided during checkout. The decision would be taken after talking to you.

  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?

    Yes, you can still modify your order once it has been placed. However, once the order has been dispatched from the store upon which a delivery notification will be sent on your registered email address and contact number, no further changes can be made in the order. In case you wish to remove certain products from the order, there always is an option of returning the products. In case you wish to order some additional products, you can always proceed by placing a new order.

  • What if I didn't like the quality or the products delivered to me?

    We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery Expert. In case of Postpaid order, you will be required to pay the adjusted amount only for the products accepted by you. In case of Prepaid orders, request for refund will be initiated and cash will be credited into your Dryfruit Express online account, which can be redeemed while placing orders the next time.
